Delicious and pretty, you’ll enjoy serving your guests these golden brown Honey-Glazed Chicken Wing Appetizers.

2 pounds chicken wings
1 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons fresh ginger root, finely grated or minced
2 tablespoons scallions, minced
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 cloves garlic, minced

In a bowl large enough to hold wing pieces, whisk together honey, soy sauce, oil, ginger root, scallions, ketchup and garlic.

Remove the chicken wing tips; cut wings in half at the joint. Rinse and pat wing pieces dry. Add cleaned tips to the honey sauce and turn to coat thoroughly. Cover, place in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour, turning once.

Preheat oven to 375°.

Transfer wings to a large, lightly greased baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes, turning once to brown both sides.
