Fast and easy, these thin Cheese and Pecan crackers travel well and are a great departure from the average boxed fare served at many parties.

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 cups pecans, finely chopped
1/2 cup butter, creamed

Sift flour, add salt, paprika, cheese and nuts. Add to creamed butter and form into 2 rolls. Place in refrigerator overnight. Slice thinly and bake at 350° for 10 – 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
