Crunchy and creamy with well balanced flavors. Won Ton Crab Packets are easy to make, too!

1/2 pound fresh crab meat, drained and shopped
1/2 pound cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 teaspoon A-1 sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 dozen won ton wrappers
1 egg yolk, well beaten
Oil for frying
Chinese mustard

Combine crab meat with cream cheese, steak sauce and garlic powder in a medium bowl and blend to a paste. Place a heaping teaspoon in the center of each won ton. Moisten the our corners of the won ton and gather at the top. inch to seal.

Heat oil to 375° in Dutch oven, wok or deep fryer. Ad won tons in small batches. Fry approximately 3 minutes, until golden brown. Remove to drain on newspapers or paper towels.

Serve hot with Chinese mustard.

Yield: 30 to 36 packets.
